University of Virginia Tracks Premature Infants to Help Keep Their Development on Track

Currently, the University of Virginia is tracking premature infants through a multiyear study to determine when and how they tend to stumble in their development. It will follow the children up to age 5 in a first-of-its-kind study conducted by the UVA Brain Institute. Currently, 100 babies are enrolled in the study.

Researchers at UVA hope to assist parents in staying on top of their child's development and to gather valuable information to help future parents of premature babies. Learn more! Learn more!
