The 21st day of March (the 3rd month of the year) was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down syndrome.
In honor of this day, I wanted to share with you this heartwarming VIDEO that features 50 ordinary mums and 50 ordinary four-year-olds with just one tiny connection...one extra chromosome. They are showing the world just how ordinary and fun life with the condition is and how they "Wouldn't Change a Thing."
